Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our internal finance and payroll operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing, client invoicing, expense management, and financial reporting across our growing business.Responsibilities
- Process timesheets and support payroll administration (overtime/expenses, pay stubs, payroll summaries, year-end support such as T4s)
- Prepare and issue client invoices and support regular billing cycles in QuickBooks
