    As an Infrastructure Analyst , you'll play a pivotal role in constructing, maintaining, and resolving issues within our rapidly expanding infrastructure and network. Joining a highly skilled team dedicated to infrastructure, your focus will revolve around managing requests and incidents related to Windows and Linux Servers, encompassing Active Directory and overarching Infrastructure management.

    What will you be doing?

  • Apply a broad range of computer technical knowledge and expertise of IT principles, practices, and policies to complete user requests and assignments from IT Leadership in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently manage IT Tickets for swift response to incidents and requests.
  • Support the integration between on-prem Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, Office 365, and third-party cloud solutions.
  • Perform system administration activities for Active Directory (, manage Active Directory objects, OU creation, group policy set up, perform access control on in scope components, manage files and disk space access, manage service accounts).
  • Support and maintain Azure Active Directory Connect (AADConnect), DHCP, and DNS Services.
  • Work with internal architecture, infrastructure, governance, and security teams to ensure that all security, governance and business continuity requirements and best practices are integrated and implemented.
  • Install and configure operating systems (Windows and Linux), software, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks to leverage IT support staff.
  • Maintain and patch Windows and Linux systems, conduct root-cause analyses for service interruptions.
  • Coordinate support incidents with external vendors and assist in estimating efforts and costs.
  • On-call support on a rotating schedule as well as onsite and/or online support during non-standard business hours.
  • What experience do you have?

  • 2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations in an enterprise environment.
  • Associate's, bachelor's or diploma's degree in the IT field or a related area of study. Technical Certifications a plus (Microsoft / Cisco / CompTIA).
  • Good understanding of cloud concepts including Azure and AWS.
  • Strong Active Directory management background.
  • Demonstrated success in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and Linux systems.
  • Good knowledge of network connectivity including DNS, DHCP and VPN.
  • In-depth understanding of critical IT concepts: Architecture, Cloud Tech, Applications, Network Infrastructure, and Security.
  • Experience managing vendor-provided services including outsourcing.
  • Experience working within a structured process methodology (, ITIL).
