Key responsibilities:


  • Streamline Operations: Manage daytoday administrative tasks, ensuring seamless coordination within the team.
  • Client interaction: Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service that reflects our brand's values
  • Prepare & process real estate transactions.
  • Ensure all files meet compliance standards.
  • Manage listing input in the Multiple Listing Services
  • Compilation of regular reports
  • Run occasional errands
  • Document Management: Diligently coordinate and handle details pertaining to paperwork, and contracts, including activating new listings, monitoring deadlines and regularly communicating both verbally and electronically with clients, agents, lawyers, lenders, Inspectors and brokerage staff.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Organize team schedules, meetings, and property showings, optimizing our time and resources.
  • Team support: Assist in implementing strategies that drive team performance and success in the fastpaced real estate market
  • Nurture team & client connection by assisting with clients' events.
  • Create marketing material

What we offer:


  • Full-Time 40 hours per week plus occasional evening and weekend coordination of clients' events or showing requests.

Applicant Must:


  • Live in the Halifax Regional Municipality.
  • Have at least 2 years of proven administrative experience supporting teams of professionals.
  • Have a reliable car and driver's licence.
  • Previous experience in real estate administration would be considered an asset but is not required for this position.

$43,000.00 per year
