Description
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, with a focus on Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike. Certification in these tools is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficient in incident response and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure web gateways.
- Solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in cybersecurity technologies and tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and stability of our cybersecurity platforms, including Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike.
- Respond to and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests related to the cybersecurity platforms promptly and effectively.
- Functional teams, including cybersecurity engineers, network administrators, and system administrators, to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular system analysis and performance tuning to optimize the efficiency and reliability of the cybersecurity platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to facilitate efficient support and enhance team knowledge.
- Date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new features or updates related to Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to the cybersecurity platforms, working closely with the cybersecurity engineering team.

Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
