Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, with a focus on Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike. Certification in these tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficient in incident response and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure web gateways.
  • Solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in cybersecurity technologies and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and stability of our cybersecurity platforms, including Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike.
  • Respond to and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests related to the cybersecurity platforms promptly and effectively.
  • Functional teams, including cybersecurity engineers, network administrators, and system administrators, to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Conduct regular system analysis and performance tuning to optimize the efficiency and reliability of the cybersecurity platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles, to facilitate efficient support and enhance team knowledge.
  • Date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new features or updates related to Sentinel, Akamai, and Crowd strike.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to the cybersecurity platforms, working closely with the cybersecurity engineering team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
