The Finance Assistant is a new role, that is intended to evolve over time, as we identify existing gaps and future needs in the Finance Department.

Reporting to the General Manager, it is responsible for liaising with the Admin Department and being a trusted point of contact for the customer.

The core duties are assisting with finance paperwork, lead management, data entry, and customer coordination/communication.

The Finance Assistant will have superior time management skills that will help keep the workflow of the Finance Department organized and moving forward.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
  • Be a friendly and professional point of contact for the customer
  • Ensure documents are filled out accurately and completely
  • Manage lead workflows
  • Liaise with admin department
  • Coordinate aftersale products with customer
  • Manage Centre of Learning compliance and reporting
  • Communicate with customer on CSI reporting
  • Assist Group Controller with sales process implementations
  • Display reliable attendance and schedule timeoff with advance notice and approval, taking into consideration busy times

Qualifications:


  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong computer skills
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
