Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fastpaced kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a teamoriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
