YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM:
As an Equipment Operator in our Production Team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and optimize operations.

To support the daily operations by way of clearing system faults (technical or operational), identifying areas of improvement, and monitoring case throughout using system reports and dialogs.
Primary Job Functions:
- Clear machine faults in a timely and efficient manner using logic
- Respect established procedures and policies
- Adhere to established fault escalation procedures
- Keep and ensure work area is clean, organized and free from debris
- Return all products/cases outside of automation to designated areas
- Regularly sweep floors, remove dust from and underneath equipment and panels
- System performance monitoring and operational status awareness
- Look for areas of improvement
- Escalation of repetitive faults
- Use proper reports and camera angles depending on the job position
- Provide feedback of system performance at hand over meetings
- Complete the various checklists provided
- Attend regularly scheduled improvement meetings (rotational basis)
- Regularly refer to TS-Procedures in our TS-Cluster for a refresh on work procedures relating to your job function
- Adherence of 5S principals
- Attend preshift meetings and absorb information on the daily PowerPoint presentation
Qualifications:
- No specific technical education required but preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma with a noted preference for a postsecondary trades certificate notably in automation or maintenance/mechanical/electrical/electronics related fields
