Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • Experience: Will train
- or equivalent experience


Work setting:


  • Commercial dental laboratory

Tasks:


  • Prepare plaster models and moulds
  • Cast gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
  • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory
  • Design, fabricate or repair dental devices
  • Mould wax over dentures setup
  • Finish metal framework of dentures
  • Prepare wax biteblocks and impression trays
  • Polish and buff dentures
