We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Victoria, BC. This position will entail some travel to our properties in Courtenay once or twice a month. Mileage will be covered and tools/equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
Maintain, repair and renovate residences;
General maintenance and/or painting;
Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
Refinishing of floors including handling of sanding equipment;
On call rotation required approximately every 89 weeks;
Snow removal required during winter months;
All other duties as required.

Qualifications:

35 years' experience in a similar role;
Ability to work as a team, and also under mínimal supervision;
Effective, proven skills and experience;
Renovations experience an asset;
Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience an asset;
Must have a valid Alberta driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
