NetEase Games is rapidly expanding internationally. Our Global QA Service Center is looking for a Project Setup Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management

  • Collaborate with the project managers to anticipate projects needs
  • Maintain the QA hardware inventory, and provide forecast suggestions to your QA manager for future needs
  • Manage assets and packages (both physical and digital) arriving from various partners
  • Work with equipment sourcing companies to facilitate inventory purchases
  • Create cost comparisons
  • Label and enter hardware into the inventory management system
  • Maintain and distribute QA hardware material to QA teams, as well as track and retrieve the distributed QA hardware material
  • Work with the IT department to troubleshoot and fix any hardware or software issues
  • Build gaming PCs according to provided specifications
  • Provide recommendations on alternative hardware when needed
  • Upgrade and repair gaming PC hardware at a 1st level (parts replacement)
  • Windows installation, administration and troubleshooting
  • Make assets and packages available to the appropriate parties (both internal and external)
  • Exercise the appropriate caution and security measures as established by the IT department
Project Setup Support

  • Help set up new projects by providing hardware and software support
  • Set up workstations with PCs, monitors, consoles, etc.
  • Create and maintain a floorplan to help maximize office capacity
  • Install software and create accounts to facilitate testing based on each project's specifications
  • Install game builds on hardware prior to projects launch
  • Support working from home employees troubleshooting basic issues (turn on PC, install software, etc.) and collaborate with IT to fix more complex issues
  • Jira administration (project creation, making new custom fields, changing a project's settings, etc )
  • TestRail administration (user management, changing project configurations, etc )

Job Requirement

  • 2+ years experience working in a technical field
  • PC hardware knowledge
  • Game console hardware knowledge
  • Ability to work from the office
  • Ability to work autonomously while building communication channels with all team members
  • Punctual and detailoriented

Responsabilités
Gestion de l'inventaire

  • Collaborer avec les chefs de projet pour anticiper les besoins des projets
  • Maintenir l'inventaire du matériel d'AQ, et fournir des suggestions de prévisions à votre responsable AQ pour les besoins futurs
  • Gérer les actifs et les paquets (physiques et numériques) provenant de divers partenaires.
  • Travailler avec les sociétés d'approvisionnement en matériel pour faciliter les achats de stocks
  • Créer des comparaisons de coûts
- Étiqueter et saisir le matériel dans le système de gestion des stocks

  • Maintenir et distribuer le matériel d'assurance qualité aux équipes d'assurance qualité, ainsi que suivre et récupérer le matériel d'assurance qualité distribué
  • Travailler avec le service informatique pour résoudre et corriger tout
