Boom Operator
Pavlis Trucking Limited is a leading trucking and construction company in the northeast British Columbia area. We provide great service to our customers in the Oil and Gas sector.
We are growing and have an opening within our Boom Department at our Dawson Creek, BC facility.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate and maintain boom equipment
Loads, unloads, positions, ties down and stows boom equipment according to established procedures and established policies and procedures. Operates all equipment in a safe manner according to established safety policies and procedures.
- 1+ years of experience operating a Boom Operator position preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Salary:
From $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dawson Creek, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- crane: 1 year (preferred)
