Service Manager - Surrey, Canada - Mainland Motors
Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department
- Manage a team of mechanics and service advisors
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell additional services and products to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proven sales ability with a track record of upselling services and products
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Cash handling experience is preferred
Salary:
$36,850.00-$55,000.00 per year
