Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department
  • Manage a team of mechanics and service advisors
  • Ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Upsell additional services and products to customers
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive repair setting
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Proven sales ability with a track record of upselling services and products
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
  • Cash handling experience is preferred

Salary:
$36,850.00-$55,000.00 per year
