- Ensuring the seamless design, meticulous documentation, and successful execution of engineering projects.
- Ability to make informed, independent decisions and implement effective work methodologies and procedures.
- Preparing proposals and reports
- Managing of Structural Engineering projects including financial controls, project management, managing client relationships.
- Interpret complex data and deriving conclusive insights, informing strategic project directions and optimizations.
- Craft innovative, pragmatic, and cost-effective solutions to intricate engineering challenges.
- Assume a pivotal role in ensuring the technical integrity and quality of engineering designs.
- Oversee and guide a team of technicians involved in the preparation of intricate working drawings.
- Maintain a client-focused approach, prioritizing customer service excellence.
- 5+ years' Structural Engineer Experience or equivalent; Marine Engineering experience is an asset.
- On path to registration or currently registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Proven project management and technical skills.
- Experience with design software such as SAFI, Structure Point, WoodWorks, Microsoft is an asset.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
