We have several exciting opportunities on our Production Team for various Manufacturing Team Workers, including
:Operations Supervisors, responsible for the processing, packaging and distribution of our products

Responsibilities include:

• Directing work of others while ensuring product meets required quality and cost specifications at every step
• Ensuring crew is adhering to all policies and procedures
• Issuing materials to production line in a timely and accurate manner
• Performing general labour tasks on the production line as required
• Ensuring sanitation tasks are performed properly and on time
• Conducting training and coordinating breaks of the team
• Experience in a food/pharmaceuticals plant environment is a definite asset
• Knowledge of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices is a definite asset
• Able to stand for long periods of time in a cool environment
• Able to adapt to different environments (loud, hot, cold)
• Able to lift, push and pull heavy objects (up to 75 lbs)
• Pay close attention to detail and quality
• Listen and follow instructions and procedures
• Learn new processes and procedures quickly
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable and responsible
• Display positive, cando attitude
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Dedicated to creating a highquality product safely and with standard crewing and speed
• Fluent in English verbal and written

$31,533.00-$50,000.00 per year
