Role Description

Responsibilities

Work with a variety of structured datasets (sourcing, cleaning, and visualization); present results to various stakeholders and gather feedback for improvement
Assist in the preparation of regular reporting for senior management; look to leverage technology to automate these processes in a timely manner
Work closely with various groups to deliver bestinclass system implementation rollouts, upgrades, and process improvements every step of the project lifecycle
Design systems to automate the data collection and data load process for the International Real Estate team; aim to create reliable data to drive real estate market insight and decisionmaking for senior management
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members process stakeholders, support groups, business partners, to ensure collaboration and cooperation to meet timing of projects
Maintaining and updating database platforms based on information provided by both internal and external partners.
Support process improvement and global data initiative adaptation by having a thorough understanding of available and upcoming technology across the industry

Education and Qualifications

University degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field) OR a background in Economics, Finance or a related business field. CFA or similar a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA and PowerQuery a plus); direct experience designing and creating data visualizations (e.g. PowerBI); good understanding of programming languages (Python/ SQL/ R); experience with real estate management system (Yardi) and Anaplan a plus
2+ years experience with data extract, transform, and load processes, data analytics/ visualization / database management
Accurate and detailoriented with strong analytical skills; able to take initiative and work independently with mínimal direction; able to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; able to handle competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas/ constant changes
