Responsibilities:


  • Managing the product lifecycle for ecommerce. Manage the intake of new/updated products, and ensure that processes are followed. Recommend efficiencies, escalate issues and risks as necessary
  • Maintaining the ecommerce team's timelines by understanding deliverables, roles, and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the complexity of handling large amounts of data, mostly in Excel. Ability to learn new systems when required. A strong curiosity and desire to learn about new technology in the product information management space
  • Other related branch duties to support business needs

Qualifications:

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree/diploma and/or a related field of study or relevant work experience
  • Time & project management skills are a must
  • 1+ years' experience working with large data sets
  • Superior skills in Excel (Intermediate or expert level)
  • Able to work with many diverse groups in a collaborative way across an organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) solutions is an asset
  • Experience with troubleshooting software (eg JIRA) is an asset
