    Job Description:



    Pembina Pipeline Corporation's Grande Prairie office is recruiting for a Field Office Administrator (12 month term) to join the team. This position reports to the Coordinator, Field Administration and will support both the Conventional Pipelines business unit (CBU) and Gas Services business (GBU) unit.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Compile and distribute daily work schedules, then update Sherwood Park Control Center;
    • Continually seek out opportunities to improve efficiency & productivity of processes or systems;
    • Assist with Oil Accounting duties;
    • Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation, travel planning and booking;
    • Willingness to commit to a 12 month term; and
    • Creation and editing of reports and documents, word processing, filing, and mail distribution;
    • Data entry into WellTrak and other databases;
    • Assist with the Corporate Community Investment (i.e. United Way Campaign, Breakfast programs, Days of Caring, etc.);
    • Provide assistance to other business or service units as necessary;
    • Provide backup administrative support for vacation/sick relief as needed;

    Job Requirements:

    • Experienced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint;
    • Advanced user of Outlook and MS Teams;
    • Ability to multitask various initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and data entry accuracy;
    • Advanced time management skills to balance competing priorities;
    • Analytical thinker with ability to work under minimal supervision;
    • Tenacious and adaptable; and
