Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of Campisi LLP.
This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify potential referral sources, strategic partnerships, and networking opportunities to generate new business leads.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, insurance companies, and community organizations.
- Track and analyze business development efforts to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
- Research, write, and edit articles, blog posts, case studies, and other content to showcase the expertise and thought leadership of the firm.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to develop content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience.
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely publication across various platforms.
Niche Practice Development:
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the personal injury legal industry.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote specialized practice areas and differentiate the firm from competitors.
- Work closely with attorneys to create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific practice areas.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to participate in relevant conversations.
Website Maintenance and Optimization:
- Coordinate with web developers to ensure the firm's website is uptodate, userfriendly, and optimized for search engines. Evaluate our current platforms and provide recommendations on go forward strategy.
- Regularly review website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute inperson and virtual events, such as seminars, webinars, and networking mixers.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and promotional materials.
- Evaluate the success of events based on attendance, participant feedback, and lead generation metrics.
- Participate at various Trade Shows either as a booth presenter or as a participant.
Other Marketing Initiatives:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.

$89,233.83-$106,494.63 per year
