With televisions strategically positioned in every direction, Underdogs caters to the avid fan of every sport especially Hockey, Football, Dodgeball and SLAP-BOXING (Russian Face Slapping Contest).


Duties Include:

  • Lead the development of all FOH Employees and Supervisors
  • Weekly reporting (Revenues, Cost of Goods, Labour, and all other Contribution Margin factors)
  • Budgeting
  • Scheduling
  • Guest Relations
  • Operations
  • Beverage Menu Development & Refinement
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • Event & Large Party Bookings

Head Coach Qualities:

  • Minimum 3 years restaurant or 4 years relative management experience
  • Approachable & Kind
  • High Energy
  • Great Motivator
  • Effective Communicator (verbal and written)
