The Project Coordinator Role is for you if:

In this role you will be:

  • Working as an integral part of the Project Management team to oversee the operations where we design and build high-end residential projects
  • Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
  • Schedule develop and tracking
  • Risk and Opportunity management
  • Tracking/Management/Analysis of project budgets
  • Coordination of subtrades and suppliers
  • Working within a team of designers, suppliers and tradespeople to successfully manage complex projects
  • Communicate with clients.

Experience Required:

- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability build and maintain budgets as required._
- _Working knowledge of project management essentials including project plans, Gantt charting, resource management, risk management and quality assurance._
- _Hands-on experience working with construction project management tools (Buildertrend preferred, but others such a Co-Construct or ProCore also helpful) is an asset._
- _Strong client-facing and teamwork skills_
- _Experience in construction is an asset but not essential._
- _Drivers License and own transportation_
