We are currently looking for a
Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator (6 Months Contract) for our Head Office in Mississauga.

Responsibilities:

Utilize networking opportunities such as professional associations to identify referrals
Other administrative tasks as needed including but not limited to (Maintaining spreadsheets/scheduling, and coordinating interviews)
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Ability to find alternative methods for sourcing qualified applicants in remote areas across Canada

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
1+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong written and communication skills
Must be aware of Boolean search and to run a search on internal external job boards (Ex. Indeed).
Strong work ethic and excellent problem solver
Positive attitude
Accuracy and Attention to detail (must)
Ability to multitask and manage competing deliverables and priorities
