OTT Legal is one of Ontario's largest traffic ticket paralegal firms. We pride ourselves on providing professional paralegal services with the highest ethics and integrity.

We are looking for a licensed paralegal who is comfortable starting in an entry-level position.

No experience is necessary; you must be willing to learn.


Applicants must be Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.

This job is located at our office at 110 Ritchie Ave, Ajax, but may require travel throughout the GTA. Mileage is compensated.

This position requires a highly efficient and well-organized person for a fast-paced legal firm.

We require someone to work full time, 40 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding of POA/HTA offences
• Attending court in person or by zoom
• Opening/Closing client files
• Diarizing court dates, disclosure requests and other timesensitive tasks
• Supporting senior Paralegal staff with office tasks
• Reviewing disclosure
• Posess strong attention to detail
• Be able to organize their time effectively to meet the demands of a highvolume and fastpaced work environment
• Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Be able to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods
• Be confident working independently as well as part of team
• Be a Licensed Paralegal
• Have a vehicle for transportation with a valid licence (mileage is reimbursed).

*Compensation entry level 17.50 dollars per hour to start. Compensation will increase with experience.
