As the General Manager, you will have a crucial role and report directly to the ownership team. Your duties will go beyond overseeing daily operations; you will also be in charge of recruiting and training staff, as well as working with the culinary team on menu development for the cafe.

Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our cafe, bakery, and restaurant areas run smoothly, providing outstanding experiences for our guests.

• Collaborate with the culinary team to curate and enhance menu offerings, ensuring they mirror our dedication to quality and creativity.
• Work with the ownership team to establish service standards encompassing ambiance and overall atmosphere.
• Supervise the daily operations of the front of house, managing staff, training, recruitment, and scheduling to uphold excellent service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage costs to maximize profitability.
• Organize special events, promotions, and seasonal highlights to engage and retain customers, collaborating closely with the marketing team for their success.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to create a secure and inviting environment for both guests and staff.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and issues professionally and promptly, always striving to surpass expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors to spot opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

• Prior experience as a GM in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant environment, with a demonstrated history of achievements.
• Effective leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Outstanding organizational and problemsolving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proven experience in launching new ventures, including recruitment and establishment.

• Base salary between $55,000 to $65,000 annually
