Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre has a permanent full-time position open for a Customer Service Representative.

As a representative of Capital Collision Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding body shop services, pricing, repair processes, and estimated timelines
Schedule appointments for vehicle inspections, repairs, and pickups, efficiently managing the body shop's calendar and ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the repair process, providing updates to customers as needed
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, repair orders, and billing information
Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Manage Collision Center loaner vehicles ensuring customers transportation needs are met
Educate customers on preventive maintenance measures and additional services that can enhance the longevity and appearance of their vehicles
Uphold the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience, preferably in a body shop or automotive environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult or upset customers with empathy and professionalism
Proficient computer skills and experience using (CRM) software or similar tools
Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment, demonstrating a positive attitude
A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
