Capital Ford Lincoln Collision Centre has a permanent full-time position open for a Customer Service Representative.


As a representative of Capital Collision Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our valued clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding body shop services, pricing, repair processes, and estimated timelines
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle inspections, repairs, and pickups, efficiently managing the body shop's calendar and ensuring optimal utilization of resources
  • Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the repair process, providing updates to customers as needed
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the company's reputation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, repair orders, and billing information
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage Collision Center loaner vehicles ensuring customers transportation needs are met
  • Educate customers on preventive maintenance measures and additional services that can enhance the longevity and appearance of their vehicles
  • Uphold the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a body shop or automotive environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult or upset customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using (CRM) software or similar tools
  • Detailoriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment, demonstrating a positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
