Job summary
The Customer Service Representative will make a positive impression on customers and colleagues alike. They will be responsible for customer engagement, sharing product knowledge and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer engagement and product knowledge sharing
- Cashiering and store floor duties
- Receiving inventory and assisting with stock replenishment
- Sometimes includes repetitive lifting of cases weighing up to 40lbs/18kgs or standing continuously while processing customer transactions
