Commercial Roofing Estimator

Responsibilities:

Review and analyze plans, specifications, and proposals for commercial roofing projects
Conduct site visits and roof inspections to gather information and assess project requirements
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Stay uptodate with industry trends, market conditions, and new products and techniques
Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a commercial roofing estimator
Strong math skills and ability to work with numbers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software
