Set Up Technician

We are currently looking for a Set Up Technician to join our team.


Set up and operation of various machines/equipment (extrusion lines, slitting operations, ovens, mixers, grinders, shredders), quality control, basic housekeeping, and troubleshooting.


Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning ability
  • Physical coordination
  • Experience with hand held measuring equipment /blueprint & drawings
  • Good math and computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Forklift license/experience,
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment with continuous processes.
years experience in a continuous production process (not assembly line) setting up, troubleshooting, tear downs, change overs

Rate of Pay
Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate starts at $21.43- $29.08hour


Shifts

Permanent, Full Time Position
12 hr continental day/night shift, with 4-week turnaround

Averaging agreements in place

84 hrs biweekly

with opportunity for OT
