Warehouse Associate/Driver:
About us:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers in a predefined area each day
- Assist in loading the orders for the day
- Assist in unloading orders at customers warehouses or yards
- Warehouse activities, as required
Requirements:
years of driving experience - Flat bed preferred
- Valid drivers license
- A clean drivers abstract (proof will be required before employment offer is made)
- Fork lift license, or the ability to obtain one as a condition of employment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Customer service focus, ensuring customers are pleased with service provided
- Ability to lift 75lbs repeatedly
- Adherence to safe operation of a flatbed truck
- Experience filling out and maintaining a drivers log book
- General directional knowledge of Ontario
- Attention to detail
- Observing product being loaded and offloading to ensure no damages occur
- Collecting and submitting delivery paperwork
- Warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisor
Additional asset skills:
- Experience working with stone slab products considered an asset
