    Le Rôle, Ton Impact:

    Sous la supervision de la Cheffe, gestion des commandes et service à la clientèle, le/la titulaire du poste aura comme principale responsabilité les tâches suivantes :


    •Gestion des commandes : Effectuer l'entrée/suivi des commandes avec précision, gérer la communicationconcernant les commandes et assurer leur exécution en temp voulu. Utiliser les données pour examiner etrésoudre les problèmes, évaluer les niveaux d'inventaire, et conseiller proactivement les clients sur tout conflitprévisible concernant leurs commandes et rechercher des solutions.

    •Service client : Assurer la gestion de la relation client, les interactions et les données des clients en les tenantcontinuellement à jour. Offrir une expérience de service à la clientèle en collaborant avec les autres départementsafin d'assurer le bon roulement des comptes

    •Toutes autres tâches connexes à l'emploi.

    Tes atouts pour ce poste:

    Formation : Diplôme d'étude collégiale en administration, ventes, logistique ou un autre domaine connexe ou combinaison de formation et d'expérience pertinente.
    Expérience : 2 à 5 années d'expérience dans le domaine de la vente ou du service à la clientèle, excellentes habiletés de communication en français et en anglais. Excellentes habiletés informatiques; connaissance du logiciel SAP (requis). La connaissance de système d'échange de données informatisées (EDI) est un atout.
    Aptitudes : Esprit et capacité d'analyse. Bon jugement, autonomie et débrouillardise. Rigueur et attitude positive.

    *La maîtrise de l'anglais est essentielle, puisque l'ensemble des clients associés à ce poste sont anglophones.
