Purpose of Job:

The Branch Systems Administrator's primary focus is to ensure that all workstations, voice communications and multi functioning devices are running effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage the workstations, voice communications and multifunctioning devices
Ensure all technology is running at maximum efficiency & respond to technical issues
Escalate issues to internal and external providers
Act as point of contact for branch staff to answer questions
Build effective working relationships across the team and contacts
Maintain a high level of customer service
Facilitate a culture of open and honest communication

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines
Knowledge of MS Office
Previous Financial industry experience considered an asset
