Providing exceptional service and value is really important. Which means we have to have high expectations, about everything. From our team, we expect everyone to take pride in their work and ownership of their tasks. We rely on each member of the team to do their part. We also work really well together, coming together to bring forward creative and innovative ideas.

Experience in an Outside Sales or Account Management capacity is considered an asset (you'll have to cover sales territory in Saskatchewan)
A friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor
Post secondary education; preferably in a technical or business capacity (Instrumentation background is considered an asset)
A degree of aptitude for software to learn our ERP system
A teamwork focused attitude; we are not a dogeatdog type of business
However, a drive to achieve is highly recommended what can I say? We like to win
