Douglas Homes is a large volume home builder in Calgary and the surrounding areas.

We are excited to say that our company is growing, and we are in search of a motivated, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team and grow with us as an Assistant Site Supervisor.

Home Builder Site Assistant_
- experience with a homebuilder in this capacity is a must.

Complete hands on construction tasks as required
Report to Site Supervisor and Construction Manager
Ensure homes are ready for target dates
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Liaison effectively with trades, customers and office as required
Enforce safety rules and regulations
Emphasize and maintain standards of quality, materials and workmanship on all homes

Requirements:

Framing experience an asset
Strong construction knowledge required
A valid driver's license and abstract required
Knowledge of ANHW guidelines and building codes
Attention to detail and strong commitment to deadlines
Must have a demonstrated positive and proactive approach and be prepared to be flexible in the work performed
