JOB SUMMARY- To register and license vehicles that Erin Park Lexus, Toyota and sells


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • License all retail new and used vehicles, assisting if needed in licensing wholesales, lease buyouts, lease transfer etc.
  • Stock out all delivered vehicles (new and used) i.e. update Garage Register
  • Demonstrate and follow Erin Park's 5 Car Keys (i.e. Safety ,Integrity, Courtesy, Show, and Efficiency) through daily activities and interactions

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:


  • High school diploma

Experience:


  • Not required, however 1 year of experience in an office environment will serve as an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Prior knowledge of automotive business can serve as an asset
  • Good knowledge of Ministry policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills required to communicate internally and externally
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to work on a strict timeline to acquire the licenses
  • Ability to solve problems and contacting the right person to obtain missing information as needed
  • Ability to make decisions, for example while determining fines
  • Ability to manage time efficiently by meeting daily deadlines to send paperwork to the Ministry; making sure the licensing is complete before delivery dates and time
