- Create purchase orders (POs) from approved purchase requisitions (PRs), communicate POs to vendors, and track orders.
- Handle procurement requests through the ServiceNow ticket system.
- Provide support to requesters - Training, coding, returns, and other details.
- Assist Accounting with invoice related inquiries.
- Assist with maintaining software licenses and monitoring compliance.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, finance, or a related field would be preferred.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in IT procurement or purchasing
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
- Strong attention to detail; ability to work with numbers quickly and accurately
- A systematic approach to problem-solving and implementing solutions
- Experience in evaluating vendors based on price, quality, and availability
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office 365.
- Preference is Quesnel, BC but would consider Vancouver, BC as an alternative location

- The salary range for this position is usually between $70,000 - $82,000 depending on skills and experience.
