Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an inventive, and energetic self-starter to join our Calgary Administration team.

Collaboratively you will be a part of a team that is responsible for fleet and equipment management, accounting, job cost reporting, payroll, and variety of other internal controls that support our business.


  • Be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Have a variety of communication skills and be able to effectively articulate with a variety of people, in a variety of locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a particular focus in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience in fleet and equipment logistics, management, tracking, reporting, over multiple locations is a definite plus.
  • Experience in GeoTab, Shell Telematics, or something similar would be beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable experience.

Other Experiences - Definite Plus, But Not Necessary

  • Oil and Gas Industry experience.
  • Site Administration experience.

Job Type

  • Fulltime, Permanent

Salary

  • This role is our entrylevel role on the team, but it provides the right person a unique opportunity to tailor their skillset amongst different needs of the team.
- $25.00 per hour to start.

  • A higher hourly rate plus benefits, will be discussed after a probationary period.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm

Education

  • Minimum Secondary School graduate.

  • English (preferred)
