Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the online Shopify store and Amazon FBA Account to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of all assets required for new and updated product listings, including imagery, copy, pricing, and relevant information.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our online presence, leveraging existing strategies and thirdparty apps within channels.
Conduct product management tasks, such as setting up new products and maintaining existing listings, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
Plan and execute inventory management strategies to support sales forecasting and meet customer demand.
Enhance data quality by conducting regular audits, cleaning up outdated SKUs, and organizing spreadsheets for clearance deals.
Conduct comprehensive product research to generate recommendations for continuous improvement and business growth.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to keep the website updated with the latest deals, promotions, and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or college.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce product management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, and Excel (including pivot tables, vlookup, and simple formula building).
Experience with item database management within ecommerce platforms.
Comfortable working with large datasets and analyzing data.
Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
Teamoriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
