About the Position

What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage and grow a team of customerfocused software specialists: business analysts, developers, quality analysts, information system administrators
  • Lead the team in designing high quality, reliable and scalable software solutions and ensure a great experience for our customers, on time and on budget
  • Work with your team to continuously drive improvements in quality and productivity
  • Delegate tasks and manage all technical issues within the team

What You Bring

  • Experience in full stack,.NET Framework, Asp.
NET Core, C#, Nodejs, React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MS SQL Server

  • Experience in SharePoint and ServiceNow platforms implementations
  • Experience in DevOps, Agile development and methodologies, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Fundamentals
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders and to lead through influence on horizontal initiatives.
  • Good communicator with the ability to present complicated solutions to nontechnical audiences in a simple and logical way
  • BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent work experience.
