Quality Assurance Coordinator. This is a remote work from home position with the Western division of Viewpoint.
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for proof reading medical legal reports for continuity, consistency, accuracy, spelling and compliance with customers standards as well as
facilitating exceptional written communication and
supporting best practices with clinical staff.

Superior verbal and written communication skills are required, framed with a solid

Responsibilities include:
Timely review of clinical reports and forms for quality, continuity, consistency and clinical outcome
- Ensuring reports are consistent with legislative requirements and customer standards
- Liaise with clinicians to discuss reports and provide guidance and feedback as required
- Timely completion of administrative tasks within web based systems to allow for tracking and ultimately submission of quality reporting
- Communicate with customers and administrative teams on clinical triage and consultations for referrals, as applicable
- Assist clinical staff on formulation of recommendations, utilization of report templates/ standardized formats
- Maintain accurate records utilizing web based tracking systems to monitor timelines, due dates and reporting expectations
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in the physical rehabilitation industry
- Registered with the appropriate professional body
- University degree in a relevant healthcare domain (i.
- Clinical/rehabilitation experience conducting FCEs, Ergonomic Assessments, JSAs and clinical evaluations considered an asset
- Basic working knowledge of relevant legislation as it relates to key customers
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word and the ability to learn and navigate new systems
- Bilingual in French is a strong asset
