As Technical Director, you'll be at the forefront of our R&D and production efforts, leading a

talented team of engineers, scientists, and technicians

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for R&D and production that aligns with company goals and market demands.

Innovation
Management:

Drive innovation initiatives to create disruptive technologies and products that differentiate us in the market and provide added value to our customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between R&D, production, and other departments to streamline processes, optimize resource utilization, and accelerate time-to

- market.

Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

Talent Development:
Recruit, mentor, and empower a diverse team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning

Financial Resource:

Management:

Leveraging your technical expertise, you will actively engage in the preparation of Shred documentation and the submission of our annual report to secure funding.

Additionally, you'll explore and pursue all available financial grants to support our R&D endeavors.

Your strategic approach to financial resource management will be instrumental in fueling our innovation initiatives and driving our company's growth.

Requirements:

⮚ Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electronical and software engineering.

⮚ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate

teams.

⮚ Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation, efficiency, and quality.

⮚ Advanced degree in a technical field of expertise (mechanical, electronical, software and/or geomatics)
