Join the Oxford Technology Team as the Analyst, Strategy and Planning.

This Toronto-based role is targeted to a recent graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, etc.).

In this largely remote role, you will support the Director of Technology and Cyber Strategy, as well as the Head of Technology, in formulating and implementing a scalable operating model across our diverse enterprise units including Investments, Asset Management, Development, Property Management, and Shared Services.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Frame and deconstruct complex problems, analyze disparate datasets, and present insights and recommendations to the Oxford Technology Leadership. 2. Collaborate to articulate and execute a scalable operating model for the Oxford Technology Team.
  • Work with the Planning Analyst and Decision Support Team to design business performance metrics.
  • Engage in the technology and cybersecurity due diligence processes for the M&A teams.
  • Support product and program reporting for the Head of Technology.

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven ability to drive strategies from conception to implementation, navigating problems from their initial definition through to resolution.
  • Experience in developing and presenting to an executive audience, able to convey complex data in a coherent and insightful manner.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, adept at integrating disparate or incomplete datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Comfortable navigating an unstructured environment, with an aptitude for wearing multiple hats and adapting to frequent change.
