Locally owned and operated for 30 years, here at The Energy Centre we ensure to provide our clients with excellent Heating and Cooling related services.

We will

• Ensure that you have the appropriate training.
• Listen to your needs and wants.
• Effect changes within the company structure to benefit you.

We will train you

• To ensure customers heating, ventilation, and aircondition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards.
• To follow all Energy Star service & Installation processes and procedures.

Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options.

• To complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections.
• To maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle.
• To explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• To promote our products and services on every call.
• To never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
• To provide a fivestar experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home.
• To feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year recent HVAC service or Installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters, and heat pump systems.
• Valid Gas Fitter or Refrigeration License.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Clear criminal record.
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, cando attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.
• Completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must have demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.

Experience:

• HVAC Service: 1 year (preferred)
• HVAC Installation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Ontario G class Driver's license (required)
• 313D Air Conditioning & Refrigeration license (preferred)
• ODP Ozone Depletion certification (preferred)
• Gas Fitter II or III license (required)
