    Concord Parking is looking for an evening Field Supervisor

    As a Field Supervisor you are committed to service delivery excellence and are responsible for the supervision of all field staff working in field operations, parking enforcement and shuttles. You will train and deploy staff, delegate tasks, and be an active member of the team, always leading by example. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive culture in the workplace and acting in accordance with Concord Parking policies and principles.

    You will be a great fit if you are:

  • Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity (preferably in a Parking Management setting), or a combination of relevant experience and education
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a class 5 driver for a minimum of 2 years, with a clean driving abstract - ideal candidate will have a Class 4 Unrestricted driver's license
  • Have a vehicle that may be used for work purposes if a company vehicle is not available
  • IT literate and proficent with using technology Excel and MS Office suite
  • Experienced in customer service in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Confident in conflict resolution
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
  • Customer-focused with the professional and polished demeanor
  • Demonstrate out of the box and solution orientated thinking.

    Full-time position
    Shifts are 8 hours in length scheduled between 12 PM to 11 PM Tuesday to Friday plus day shift on Saturdays (Occasional stat holidays).

    Starting Wage: $ 24.50 per hour
