    Poste — Consultant Sénior spécialisé en logistique sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

    Responsibilities

    • Analyser les besoins d'affaires des clients en matière de logistique et les convertir en solutions fonctionnelles dans D365 F&O.
    • Intervenir sur l'ensemble du cycle de projet : cadrage, analyse fonctionnelle, configuration, tests, formation, déploiement et support post-implantation.
    • Paramétrer les modules logistiques : gestion des entrepôts (WMS), gestion des stocks, approvisionnement, ventes, planification de la demande, gestion des retours, etc.
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques pour assurer une intégration fluide avec les autres modules (finance, production, etc.).
    • Encadrer les consultants juniors et participer à la définition des meilleures pratiques internes.
    • Élaborer la documentation fonctionnelle : cahiers des charges, scénarios de test, guides utilisateurs.
    • Participer aux ateliers avec les clients et assurer un rôle de conseil stratégique.
    • Assurer une veille sur les évolutions du module Supply Chain de D365 F&O.

    Key Responsibilities (anglais)

    • Analyze client business needs related to logistics and translate them into effective functional solutions within D365 F&O.
    • Lead full project lifecycle activities: scoping, functional analysis, system configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
    • Configure logistics modules such as Warehouse Management (WMS), Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Distribution, Returns, and Demand Planning.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with finance, production, and other modules.
    • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge and best practices development.
    • Produce comprehensive functional documentation: business requirements, test scenarios, user guides.
    • Facilitate client workshops and provide strategic process improvement recommendations.
    • Stay current with D365 F&O Supply Chain module updates and industry best practices.

    Qualifications

    Profil recherché :

    • Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, ingénierie, systèmes d'information ou équivalent.
    • 10 ans d'expérience en implantation ERP, avec plusieurs implantations complètes sur Microsoft D365 F&O, module Logistique/Supply Chain.
    • Solide compréhension des processus logistiques (WMS, gestion des commandes, achats/ventes, inventaire, etc.).
    • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion ou la contribution majeure à plusieurs cycles complets de projets ERP.
    • Capacité à encadrer, structurer et guider les clients dans leurs choix technologiques et organisationnels.
    • Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (un atout important).
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, rédaction et gestion des parties prenantes.
    • Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis pour plusieurs mandats.

    Required Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 10 years of experience in ERP implementations, with full implementations projects specifically in D365 F&O Supply Chain / Logistics modules.
    • Strong expertise in logistics and supply chain processes (WMS, inventory, purchasing, order management, etc.).
    • Proven experience delivering or leading full-cycle ERP projects.
    • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide clients through technological and organizational change.
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain certification is a strong asset.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Bilingual (French/English) is often required for client-facing roles.
