WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service management and technicians, ensuring their performance, productivity, and adherence to established processes and safety protocols
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service department
Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify and pursue service opportunities, provide technical expertise during the sales process, and develop service contracts and agreements
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction by addressing their concerns, providing technical support, and delivering timely and highquality service solutions
Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize service quality, productivity, and profitability
Manage and control service budgets, including expenses, resources, and inventory, to ensure costeffectiveness and profitability while meeting customer requirements
Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to overhead crane service, and recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance service capabilities and customer experience
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all service operations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability amongst the service team
Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or CET with industrial machinery/crane service experience (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years proven experience in a leadership role within the service industry, preferably with a focus on industrial equipment or machinery servicing
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
Overhead crane experience considered an asset their components, and maintenance practices
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, including performance management, coaching, and training
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment is crucial
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders
