'''Duties'''- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Assist with payroll processing and data collection for reporting purposes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Salesforce is a plus

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
