  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as iCIMS, ADP, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or Salesforce is a plus
