Responsibilities:

Conduct sales and trade spend analysis to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue and profitability.
Perform margin analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in product pricing, cost structures, and promotion design.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze financial data and performance metrics related to various areas of the business, including cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning and cost control.
Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and business forecasting.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial and operational performance.
Support the business in adhoc projects and special assignments as needed.

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
12 years of postuniversity experience in financial analysis or a related field.
CPA certification (or in progress) is a plus but not required
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel is required. Experience with SQL a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in inventory management, margin analysis, and costing is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
