Strong and practical knowledge of the production/buying/customer service function or diploma on related area

• Computer literate (Microsoft, Word, Excel and Internet)
• Able to work effectively with the public, problem solver, and accustomed to working under heavy pressure
• Skilled in coordinating, managing and maintaining important deadlines and tasks
• Can work very well independently or in a team environment
• Very organized and punctual
• Bilingual English / French

Responsibilities:

• Receiving tech packs from customer, reviewing and updating it with all necessary information for

factory (fabric contents/codes, washes, trims, thread color, construction, etc.)

• Working closely with Designer and Sales Director on the product details during style development stage
• Daily follow up with factories overseas regarding status of development and production samples

submission

• Issuing and updating recaps with all necessary details
• Ensuring development and production samples deadlines and customer's requirements are met
• Working with suppliers in order to get best price/quality/delivery
• Filling out quotation sheets, adoption summaries and submitting to customers
• Following up with customers to get purchase orders for the confirmed orders
• Working closely with suppliers to ensure flow of samples and ensuring fit/wash/trims are all approved to proceed with production
• Supplying factory with all info necessary for production process; reviewing and sending fit comments,ensuring instructions are clear and sent in a timely manner
• Specking and verifying samples before being sent to customer; making sure all details are correct in accordance to their request: fit, fabric, wash, thread colors, trims and hanger appeal

Salary:
$35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
