As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and a patient demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a highpressure environment.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
