Acting as a Product Owner in the Unisson Financing team means participating in the optimization and improvement of the commercial financing process.

You will help evolve a modern financing platform serving all commercial segments. You will be part of a dynamic and committed team that collaborates with many partners, both internal and external.


Your job:


  • Align the product vision with the Bank's vision and needs
  • Anticipate complex and strategic issues that impact the organization
  • Diagnose complex situations that require creative, original and practical solutions to resolve
  • Contribute to the definition of the strategic orientations of the product with the Master PO
  • Manage the prioritization and delivery of a diversified and strategic product backlog impacting value creation within the organization
  • Manage stakeholders (regulatory, compliance, fraud, product, information technology, etc.) across multiple areas of the Bank to ensure needs are identified and prioritized

Your team:


Reporting to the Senior Director in the Strategy, Solutions and Processes Commercial lending team, you will work with a PO colleague, various senior advisors and multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and contribute to the delivery of various initiatives aimed at optimizing and improving the employee experience in the commercial financing process.


Basic requirements:


  • Industryrelated bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR industryrelated master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience;
  • Good knowledge and mastery of the Unison platform
  • Good understanding of the endtoend commercial finance process;
  • Ability to work in Agile mode;
  • Experience in delivering largescale projects;
  • Experience in business analysis and process review;
  • Good knowledge of best practices and market and competitive trends;
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of rigour and priority management;
  • Influential leadership and excellent team player;
