Responsibilities:
- Invoices
- Fuel Cards
- Paystub Driver and Owner Operator
- Bank Reconciliation
- HST/GST Filling
- WSIB
- IFTA Reporting
- Expenses
- File and store all invoices and receipts.
- Scan invoices into the office computer system.
- Make and send invoices to customers.
- Enter information into the computer system.
- Track payments from clients.
- Invoice clients weekly.
Salary:
$36,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
